Any User found to be underage will have their account immediately terminated, all wagers voided, and deposits forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent, are subject to guardianship, or are otherwise restricted from entering contracts are prohibited from using betboo Services.
• Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of the Philippines or legally present within Philippine territory when accessing betboo. The Services are not intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be enrolled in any self-exclusion program operated by betboo, PAGCOR, or any other gaming operator. Users who have self-excluded are prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing betboo Services during the exclusion period.
• Prohibited Persons: You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any betboo employee. You must not be an individual listed on any Philippine government watchlist for money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth above. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access betboo gaming services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. betboo reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment verification, at any time to confirm the accuracy of your account information.

4.2 Account Restrictions

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active betboo account. Creating multiple accounts, operating accounts on behalf of third parties, or transferring accounts to other individuals is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. If betboo detects duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void all transactions, and withhold any winnings or bonuses.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility. You agree to immediately notify betboo of any unauthorized access or security breach. betboo is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Deposit Methods

betboo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and select cryptocurrency wallets. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, although certain payment methods may require additional processing time. betboo does not charge deposit fees for amounts exceeding ₱200 PHP.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

betboo complies fully with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended by Republic Act No. 9194 and Republic Act No. 10365, and regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Users are required to wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal, unless betboo determines in its sole discretion that a withdrawal may be processed without meeting this requirement. Suspicious transactions, including patterns consistent with money laundering or terrorist financing, will be reported to the AMLC and other appropriate authorities as required by law.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

Game results are determined by chance and mathematical algorithms and cannot be manipulated by betboo or any third party. 6.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using betboo Services:

• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain;
• Engaging in bonus abuse or manipulation of promotional offers;

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits or promotional restrictions;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or betboo staff;

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

6.3 Bet Settlement

All bets are final once accepted by betboo's system. betboo reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed due to technical glitches, incorrect odds displayed, or human error. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, betboo's transaction logs and game records shall be considered final and binding.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

betboo offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in each promotional offer. Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within a specified timeframe, failing which bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. betboo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, software, and technology incorporated into betboo Services (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of betboo Gaming Services Inc., its licensors, or content partners, and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. 9. Limitation of Liability

betboo is not responsible for technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, payment processor errors, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may affect your ability to access or use the Services. Users acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent risks, and betboo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including disputes regarding the validity, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration provision, betboo retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Services.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use betboo Services will immediately cease. Any remaining account balance, subject to deductions for outstanding debts, fees, or penalties, will be returned to you via your verified payment method within thirty (30) business days of account closure, provided you have complied with all verification requirements and Terms.

13. Amendments to Terms
